Soul Coaching can be approached in a variety of formats, from 1:1 work together meeting weekly or twice a month over a series of several weeks, to a one-day workshop where we cover the same material in one day-long workshop rather than in shorter segments.

This work is typically done 1:1 with Grace, but it's possible to do this work in tandem with a close friend if desired (a one-day workshop with your bestie can be great fun as well as deep discovery for you both!).

After introducing the concepts involved with this type of work, we look at what might be holding you back from stepping into more of who you came here to be in this life.

​

This involves exploring the repeating patterns in your life that cause frustration, sadness, or related feelings. Then we look at any limiting beliefs or self-concepts underlying these repeating patterns, that might be running in the underlying operating system of your subconscious.

Next we connect with the vision of who and how you'd like to be as an even more empowered version of yourself, from both human and soul perspectives. (The Akashic Records are especially helpful with this!)

Then we bring all of these elements together to identify how you can step into your vision and a higher version of who you came here to be, and address what steps, shifts, or capabilities might be needed to move toward your vision.

It's deep and illuminating work, and you will not only get to know yourself better, you'll be able to see how to make true shifts in your mindset, habits, choices, and skills to embody your higher vision.

In order to step into the highest possibilities of who you came here to be, it's necessary to grow into a new version of yourself, and it is Grace's passion to help you identify and move through this process.
